1. Are the cards 100% original?

Yes! We only deal in 100% original Pokémon TCG cards. No proxies or fakes — ever.

2. Why don’t you show actual images of each card?

We often have multiple copies of the same card. Uploading and managing images for each one would lead to confusion. However, all our listings represent the actual card version you’ll receive.

3. What condition are the cards in?

We only sell cards in Near Mint (NM) or better condition, unless otherwise stated. We take quality seriously.

4. Can I request an actual photo of a card before buying?

Absolutely! Just send us a message on our Instagram page and we’ll be happy to share pictures of the specific card(s) you’re interested in.

5. How is shipping handled?

We ship via Shiprocket and orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Mon–Fri). Tracking details will be shared once your order ships.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, COD is not available. We accept prepaid orders through secure payment gateways.

7. Can I place a bulk or custom order?

Yes! If you’re building a deck or want to place a bulk order, reach out to us on Instagram and we’ll be happy to assist you.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship within India.

9. What if my card arrives damaged?

We pack all orders securely, but if there’s a genuine issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

10. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the collectible nature of TCG cards, all sales are final. Please check all details before placing your order or ask us for clarifications via Instagram.
