Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

Return Window (Google Merchant Center Compliant)

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund.

Item Condition

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, and seals intact

  • Be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used single trading cards

  • Booster packs or booster boxes with broken seals

  • Digital goods or download codes

  • Clearance / Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)


Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item due to transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Return Process

  1. Email us at contactmagikart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos of the item and packaging

    • A brief reason for return

  2. Once approved, we will share return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.


Return Shipping & Fees

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Item)

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • The customer bears the risk until the parcel reaches us

Magikart Error / Transit Damage

  • We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label (case-by-case)

  • Return shipping will be completely free

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees

  • ❌ Returns may be rejected if:

    • Opened or used

    • Missing contents

    • Not in resalable condition

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels (RTO)

If an order is refused at delivery or returned by the courier:

  • It is treated as a customer-initiated return

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund (if applicable) is processed after return inspection


Refunds (Google Merchant Center Compliant)

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only

  • Refunds are initiated after successful inspection

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the return

  • Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount

  • Any COD handling or payment gateway charges are non-refundable


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.


Order Issues on Delivery Day

If your order shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can initiate a carrier trace.
