Shipping policy

Welcome to Magikart. We ship authentic Japanese Pokémon TCG singles and accessories across India with reliable courier partners. This page explains our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and other important information.

Where We Ship

  • Domestic (India): All serviceable pincodes across India. Availability is confirmed at checkout after you enter your address.
  • International: Not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat), excluding public holidays and high-volume periods.
  • If an item requires additional verification or packaging, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post or similar) based on pincode serviceability.

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: ~2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Tier-2/3 & district HQs: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote/limited-service areas: ~ 7-8 business days

Note: These are estimates provided by carriers. Weather, local restrictions, festive seasons, or courier backlogs can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated if we anticipate a delay.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. We currently have a flat shipping of 99 Rs.
  • Any free-shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on-site and applied at checkout.

Packaging (Cards & Collectibles)

  • Single cards are shipped in sleeves + toploaders or equivalent protective packaging. Note: Toploaders will be provided only for cards whose value is above 250Rs.
  • Orders are packed in rigid mailers or boxes with adequate protection to minimize transit wear.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • Tracking events can take up to 24 hours to appear after pickup from our warehouse in Bengaluru.

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • If you need to modify your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update addresses only before the order is shipped.
  • Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail or the address is incorrect, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
  • For re-shipping an RTO package, additional shipping charges may apply.

Undeliverable Shipments & RTO

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, we will notify you by email.
  • You may choose a reshipment (shipping fees apply) or a refund excluding the original shipping fee. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Lost, Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the packaging and product.
  • We will raise an investigation with the courier. Resolution typically takes 5–7 business days from the time we open the case.
  • If a shipment is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, notify us within 48 hours so we can request a proof-of-delivery check.

Taxes & Invoices

  • All prices are displayed in INR. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • GST-compliant invoices are issued electronically for every order.
